A senior member of the practice will respond within one working day. First conversations are scoping calls — not sales calls. We want to understand the jurisdiction, the risk surface, and what the regulator-facing artefact has to defend before we propose anything.

For active breach notifications or regulator queries on existing engagements, mark the email "Priority — Regulator Response" and a senior counsel will respond within four working hours.
The first three steps are deliberately structured. We do not propose scope until we understand the regulator surface — and we do not accept engagements we cannot deliver to the standard the practice holds.
A senior member of the practice acknowledges the brief, confirms the jurisdiction in scope, and proposes a 30-minute scoping call.
We listen first. The call is for us to understand what the regulator-facing artefact actually has to defend — and whether the practice is the right fit. Not every brief becomes an engagement.
If the engagement is a fit, you receive a written proposal: scope, named practice lead, deliverable list, timeline, fees and the regulator standard the work will be benchmarked against.
Standard engagement letter, NDA where required, named DPO sign-off if the mandate includes DPOaaS — and a defined start date. No multi-week procurement loops.
